Efterskolernes Day is the annual open day, when all efterskoler schools in Denmark invite you to come along. In 2026, the event falls on Saturday 27 September. It’s the day when you can compare efterskoler programmes, meet students and teachers, and get a feel for the atmosphere – and it’s the most important day if you’re considering a place on a efterskoler programme.
