Hike & climb

Hike & climb is a discipline that moves between extremes. When we climb, we work with focus, courage and limits. When we hike, we slow down, clear our heads and experience community in a different way. Both require presence - just in different ways.

You don't need to have climbed or hiked before. The most important thing is that you are curious about yourself, others and what happens when you challenge yourself.

In the course we work with:

- Climbing where you meet your limits and learn to push them

- We'll work on bouldering (climbing at low altitude without ropes), top rope climbing and first man climbing (you cut the rope in intermediate belays along the way up the route), equipment training and safety.

- Hiking where the pace slows down and there is room for calm and reflection

- Cooperation, trust and responsibility for each other

- Being both active and present

From August to October, we're getting ready for the course's big finale: a week-long trip to Southern Europe in week 41 - probably Sardinia, where we'll experience the contrasts first-hand.

Hike & climb is for those who want to feel their body working - and their mind relaxing.

For those who want to experience how community can grow both at altitude and on the trail.
