Dear reader,
It'll be quiet soon... at school, anyway. But P3 Rejserne is about to start. The first ones are already leaving today.
Even though the weather has swung like a graph over heartbeats, we were blessed with a good amount of, albeit momentary, sunshine. And it caused coziness on the grass, red cheeks and short sleeves. In short: We're ready for spring and summer. Something else that's clear is the newsletter, which you're already well into reading. Enjoy the rest.
Street art education
We had a visit from a super street artist who taught Street Art on Tuesday. Christoffer Bukh is mostly a graphic artist, making his mark on the city with his art. Something that many of our students also have an interest in. It was hugely inspiring to both see and hear him talk about how he expresses himself with his art.
Memory Jerseys
It is always a big event when new "Ranum gear" arrives. This week all the commemorative shirts have been distributed, and fortunately they reached Ranum before the profile subject trips. Now all the students can proudly show where they come from while carrying a huge community symbol on their backs. Although the commemorative jersey is a relatively small and materialistic thing, it is actually of great importance for the students and for the school in general. Along with all the memories and experiences, it is one of the things that the students can always take with them when they no longer attend Ranum. It symbolises our community and that we are here right now for each other. That is why we are always proud when we see a Ranum jersey in the cityscape or just in the school corridors.
New toilets
Then they were finished! If you've been following the newsletter and our social platforms, you'll have noticed that we've had workmen for a few months. Now they've packed up their stuff and left behind some beautifully decorated toilets. We've made an ultra short presentation so you can get a feel for what we mean by decorated. You can see it right here.

Summer school - are you or someone you know coming?
We hold summer school during the summer holidays. The programme is designed so that participants not only get a lot of exciting cultural experiences, but also learn and become smarter - for example in Danish and Science. Take a look or tell someone you know about the summer school.
