Would you and your family like to open your home to an exchange student and seize the opportunity to share a wonderful experience together? You’ll gain a deeper understanding of another culture and see your own culture in a new light. It will often lead to lifelong international friendships.
Anyone can become a host family, regardless of your family structure or where you live in the country. It is not a requirement that the exchange student has their own room, nor that you have children living at home. The most important thing is that you have the desire and the warmth of heart to welcome a young person into your home and everyday life. You can be a host family for 3, 4 or 10 months.
