In Board Performance we will spend as much time as possible on boards. We will get better at what we already know and learn new ways to use our boards. In other words, we will spend most of the time \"sideways\". If you like skateboarding, longboarding, SUP boarding, surfing and snowboarding, you should consider jumping on this subject.
\n<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

We are going to try everything that has to do with boards. Skating, longboarding, SUP boarding, surfing and snowboarding.<\/p>\n

During classes we will concentrate on boards on land and a bit in water. Apart from this, we will make our own longboard\/cruiseboard.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The travel - skateboarding in the snow, a.k.a. snowboarding.
\n<\/span><\/h2>\n

During our travel we will of course also do some boarding, but this time in the snow. We are going to travel to the Hintertux gletcher in Austria and do snowboarding. Hintertux is open all year and their snowpark is also open at this time, so we can practice tricks etc. if our technique allows us to.<\/p>\n

Terms:<\/strong> Board Performance is all about physical movement with a certain risk of injury. For example by jumping or falling. It is important that you are interested in this and that you are wearing safety equipment - among other things it is mandatory to wear a helmet while skating. But you must be able to handle sore muscles and bruises etc.<\/p>\n
