{"id":30425,"date":"2022-01-25T10:19:31","date_gmt":"2022-01-25T09:19:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ranumefterskole.dk\/?post_type=portfolio_page&#038;p=30425"},"modified":"2022-02-07T14:09:45","modified_gmt":"2022-02-07T13:09:45","slug":"homestay-texas","status":"publish","type":"portfolio_page","link":"https:\/\/www.ranumefterskole.dk\/en\/portfolio_page\/homestay-texas\/","title":{"rendered":"Homestay - Texas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #4dbab2;\"><strong>Culture profile trip to Texas<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>We're going to Texas in an attempt to become the modern cowboy.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>The trip<\/h2>\n<div>Listed are the part of the activities we will go through on the trip:<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Homestay with family in Dallas.<\/li>\n<li>Visit a ranch where we will go riding.<\/li>\n<li>We're going to a shooting range and shoot with handguns.<\/li>\n<li>We're going to the rodeo.<\/li>\n<li>We're going to see Longhorn cattle.<\/li>\n<li>Out line dancing at Billy Bob's Honky Tonk.<\/li>\n<li>On school and university visits.<\/li>\n<li>Texan barbeque.<\/li>\n<li>Visit Austin.<\/li>\n<li>Visit the place where JFK was shot, and the story about it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>All of these experiences speak into the idea of the modern cowboy and what the true Texan culture is.<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>The lessons<\/h2>\n<div>In the class we will focus on American culture, with a special focus on Texas.
