Crossfitterscamp is a physical camp and we'll be working out a lot with barbells, kettlebells, rings and doing bodyweight exercises. We combine all of this, as you generally do in Crossfit (which the camp is inspired by) in a WOD (Workout of the day). We will use the body in many different ways - e.g. canoeing, running, OCR. Canoeing, running, OCR (Obstacle Course Running), mountain biking and a lot more. It will be awesome and physically tough!
